I have to regularly shell out Rs 20-Rs50 for cylinder delivery to the delivery boys of HP . They refuse to return the change at all. Even tendering the exact change as the printed price for a cylinder does not help. They tend to slip into their lingo and give excuses for their demand!!
I have faced this earlier too from HP , JP nagar.
