I fought so much against my parents to not to get dowry. But i failed in not paying the sub registrar bribe in getting marriage certificate. He didnt speak to me anything directly. he had a broker. Even if I speak to him directly, he will ask his broker to answer my queries. Again, I need to get my marriage certificate so, I need to wait and finally.. No choice.. I need to pay 3000 to get my marriage certificate
