I was travelling by chennai express from chennai to hyderabad on a rac ticket in the s5 coach...the person who had to share the berth hadn't turned up. The TTE didn't want to directly allot the berth to me but wanted to shell out money for alloting...he demanded the money which I was forced to shell out for the need of a berth.
