Paid bribe for Central Excise REgistration even after every paper was OK.

Everyone need to pay bribe here even after all the papers are ready for getting approval. All the people at the registration office are involved into it from the peon, inspector, supritendent to the Assistant Commissioner. This is the most revenue generating department for India and is number one in Bribe taking. All the ooficers are corrupt. Not only this the inspector/supritendent has to be brought to the office via a car for inspection and needed to drop back to their home. Where as govt. already pays them for this.
