I was asked to pay a bribe of 2500 INR to a Customs Clearing Officer…

I was asked to pay a bribe of 2500 INR to a Customs Clearing Officer Ram Pratap on Saturday the 30th January 2021 at 5:00 pm at the Air Cargo Complex, Ahmedabad.

Although I asked for the name of the officer, I didn't get it but apparently, he was the only clearing officer on duty. He was a non-Gujarati, north Indian person. The name Ram Pratap is a dummy name as the website isn't letting me submit it without it.

The officer insisted to pay the bribe although all my paperwork were complete and clear and that saddened me.
