Paid Bribe for reporting lost mobile

I lost my mobile while I was having a dinner at Sector-14 dhaba; I thought of registering the FIR for the same so that if someone gets the mobile and misused the same; I went police station in the afternoon; the police inspector was sleeping and told to come in the evening; and when I landed in the evening he demanded money for doing the paper work; he wanted 300 Rs and after negotiation he agreed for 150. Then I realized that he has written just a report of lost mobile; not a FIR; I was least bothered as they will never recover lost mobile.
