I was travelling from BEL circle towards Hennur cross on the outer ring road in my car and I was driving in 65-70 kms speed range and suddenly the SI asked me to stop the vehicle and asked me to pay Rs300 as my vehicle was in 7oKMph. I asked there was no speed limitation boards for which they did'nt have any answer.Finally I requested him and he asked me to pay Rs100 to the PC and let me go.
