I have to parcel good of dimension 3ft width, 6 ft hight and 2inch in depth, as weight around 25 KG. I had ask for the cost as the official were giving me reason that the size is out of regular good and will not entertain by normal parcel. As he offered me suggestion that I should understood the rules as I understood and offered him bribe and on the movement I offered him bribe he has said to me that "U easily understood the rules". This is not end as my parcel is moved from Railway Parcel office to Railway platform in between the porters are also asked for money for which i am not liable to pay as I had paid legal amount excluding bribe to Railway Parcel office though the Porter has also taken bribe. Again from Platform when my parcel is to be loaded into train the staff is not ready to load it in train which is completely empty at the movement and which will not get loaded till my Stop came i.e from ********** to Pune nowhere the luggage section going to be loaded then also they are not ready to load for that also i had to paid the bribe of 50 Rupees. So all around I had paid 250 rupees bribe to railway department and legal amount should be paid is not more than 150 rupees.
