When I went to do registration of my newly purchased flat, they asked me to 5000 to registrar in cash. When I denied, the agent told me that my file will take 6 months or more for completing registration and without registration I won't be able to go for bank loan. There were hundreds of people like me who were standing in Que to give this person bribe to process their file faster. Imagine how much money they must be getting everyday...
