Peshkaar asked me to pay Rs. 1000 for issuing Marriage registration as he was the point man to the Asst DM who is special officer for marriage registration this is when everything was 100% in order including police, LIU report including the paper-work. The point of peshkaar was if you don't pay up I will keep delaying your file as he knew I lived abroad and will payup due to time restrictions. It was disgraceful but I was helpless. Thanks for the awareness, these people should be jailed for asking bribes for doing work they are drawing salary for.
