I was travelling from Jamshedpur to Kanpur in my own vehicle and on the kanpur highway my car was stopped by the police and they asked me to show the vehicle papers. Unfortunately I was not carrying the RC papers and they asked me to pay 8000.00 Rs but finially they settled for Rs 2000.00
