I stay in west delhi.Due to utter scarcity of water and no solution to it(specially in summer months),we had to get a bore well dug.The expenditure of getting it done is 25,000-35,000,but there is a big line of MCD officials,police personnel and top of it the LOCAL govt. heads,who trouble us and force us to pay more than 1 lakh in bribe. They say it is illegal to dig a borewell,but IS IT LEGAL TO TAKE BRIBES?What choice do we have?Where will water come from .I am a government employee and to pay 1.25 lakh has taken my savings away.Is there sumthing we can do bout it???
