While returning from Delhi to Dehradun, the no. plate of my santro car was little bit damaged, one digit was scratched out and that costed me Rs. 3000 as the Delhi police chased me for such a simple offense and seized the vehicle as I was outsider and returning home so they demanded Rs. 5000/- and I settled it to Rs. 3000/- as that was the only money I was carrying with me. It was so painful and harassing.
