Rs. 200Bribe to release my bike

I had to pay Rs. 200 as bribe to release my bike from a RTO office, right in front of the Rajaji Nagar Police Station.
My mistake was I parked my bike in a parking place marked as only for BESCOM employee. There was board saying NO PARKING. I just kept my bike as lot of bikes were placed. Police didn't take other BESCOM people bike but only bike.
