I lost my wallet on Mosque Road, Frazer Town, between Casio Super Market and Richards Park on 03.01.2011 night and while trying to give a written complaint to the police at the Frazer Town police station, the person who accepted the complaint and who'd given me a receipt of acknowledgement for the same, demanded Rs. 300 as "fees" for receiving my complaint of lost wallet.
