Shameless inspite of having non-corrupt boss

The officer in-charge in the above branch is non-corrupt. People fear him. Inspite of that the person dealing with verifying documents for passport shamelessly took 200 bucks twice for my and my family passport verification. I did not get it on time and hence for the 1st time could speak in a authoritative voice asking them for the delay in sending. I was a cop in that telephonic conversation. They showed me proof that they sent it the same day and also gave me the details. Atleast they did their work after taking bribe. This is how the mentality Ive got after trying my best to go the normal non corrupt route.Date is approx may vary..
