Signal Jumping

Due to extremely dense trafic I was at the left side of the road and I had to go to the right. When Signal open I moved towards Right. Suddenly ine constable Appear and demamded my License When I submited then he told me that My license has been seezed. and I have to collect it from Police Station. I asked the reason then he told me about my Crime [Signal Jumping]

I am bounded with more than 14 hrs haktik schedule and I have absolutely no time to get into such complexcity. I asked the constable that pls solve the issue right here. He demanded Rs. 100 and returned mu license without any paper work.
