I was travelling to bangalore from kerala and was stopped by police on the elevated highway near electronic city for speeding. He asked 300 for overspeeding and I paid. I asked for receipt and he said that it is not possible. It was tough to talk him as he paid only Kannada.So,I became a silent victim of bribing..
