Hi, I went to kolkata passport office with required documents and got rejected even an entry into office to apply for passport in tatkal.. But when I paid 4000 to an agent, then the documents were not even checked for correctness and passport was issued with in 2 days.. it is the way indian government works..Paying bribe makes one eligible for services which we are already privileged to get with out any fee..
