I had transported my bike from Madhya Pradesh to Hyderabad. MP government didn't give a NOC to use the vehicle in Andhra Pradesh even after 14 months. AP government didn't accept road tax without MP NOC.

Whenever a traffic policeman sees a MP bike, he stops and threatens for a high fine. I've no choice but to pay a bribe.
