I relocated my self to Bangalore. I was going right through the Bashyam Circle and one fellow came and hit into my Car. The fellow was from Bangalore and immediately all people came and start talking to me in Kannada but i was not knowing the language at all. All of a sudden a traffic police man came and asked me the NOC of my UP registered vehicle. As per rule i need not have NOC for 11 months after relocating my self. Due to all these circumstances i had to pay around 3000 Rs. for that man on two wheeler for the rectification of his two wheeler and the traffic police also charged me around 500. This is really shameful....
