I had to pay a bribe of Rs.3000/- It is not only that i am paying this amount. This is a standardised amount paid by all for a new registration. In spite of having all the documents and also making proper payments of deposit, RF, PT etc, they had not processed our application. Now on paying that "something" they have processed it.
