When I was young (14 year or so), I had some magazines that I wanted to burn. So I burnt them near the window of my house, thinking noone will notice. A policeman and few people thought its a house fire, and came to our home. I was scared. The policeman said he would take me to police station. My granpa, paid him Rs 500 bribe and he quietely went away.
