I have not got my income tax refund- Bangalore Kendra Sadan. I was told by agents and some auditors known source of IT officers and Commissioner that I need to pay 10 % of the refund amount to the commissioner or the Income tax officer, else it would take a long time, I didn’t want to pay. Hence my refund is stuck for the last 2 years. Now tell tell me the Income tax departments has no fund to clear refunds..
