Panchayat officer is not found in seat
The panchayat office is not found in seat the whole day and because of this, I'm waiting from morning in the panchayat office to collect the birth certificate. And later I came to know, it is a drama plan by officer and puone. The officer goes missing and the puone collects money to get the certificate signed from the missing officer. Horrible experience and still waiting without want to pay bribe.
