Hi it was 6 in the evening when a day I was out for shopping in the osmangunj area. While I was waiting for my mom, I saw a group of 6 to 7 police ********** people stopped their car and started stopping people driving two 2 wheelers. The strangest thing which I had noted was, in all the group except the highest ranked office who was writting chalans, no other officer was in proper uniforms. They was on chalpas , No name badges on their chest. Most of them were looking as drunked. On the name of checking the started asking money with the people who were not having compelte documents of vehicles and license. The accused were not been taken to the officer incharge who was on one side writting chalans. But instead the constables and low ranked officers started getting people on a side of their car and started taking money and keeping them in their own pocket. This whole ********** group belonged to Begum Bazar PS. This incident was of the month of October 2011.
