RTO - Difficult to get any work done

I went to get the car registration on my name after sale. I went to Koramangala RTO and found that even giving me forms was a great issue. There was not even a proper response.

At the counter I found an agent asking me if I can help. I refused flat out since I knew that these guys are all hand in glove with RTO department.

I am a member of AASI so for me getting the work done is not an hassle but if I am not then I find it hard to get any work done in RTO without paying any bribe..

I finally got the transfer done through AASI and it costed me very little and came back within a week!
