The Security guard outside Assitant Passport officers office asked for a BRIBE of 500 after meeting the APO (He/She said it will cleared in three days but didn't convert it into tatkal either). The Assitant Passport officer didn't ask for a bribe nor asked me to talk to the security guard. Out of concern I asked if i have to pay the tatkal fees he said no need just give me 500. i just left the place without saying anything.
