Transport inspector Mr.Laxma Reddy at Uppal RTO didnt take bribe

I went for for DL and met the inspector. He told me the procedure and asked me to apply for temporary license and return for a permanent license test after 30 days. I did the same.

I didnt have to pay a single penny more than the prescribed fees and got the license.
