Dear SIr,

I have lost my original driving license issued from RTO, Udaipur.
I want to to know all documents and total fee with complete briefe process requires to follow during reissue a duplicate DLC.
is it compulsory to declaration on stamp paper, how it was lost, with notary.

Please provide required details, so that I also can participate to make our India bribe free.
