Hi, We have about 6 acres of agricultural land which is being used

• Land Conversion

Hi,

We have about 6 acres of agricultural land which is being used for construction of resort. The land is still not DC converted but we have gone ahead with construction in 1 acre. Now we want to get the land conversion done. My question below

1) Do we need to apply for all 6 acres or 1 acre is enough as we are not constructing anything for now in the remaining 5acres.

2) what is the penalty for constructing without getting it converted.
