I have surrendered my lpg cylinder at my service provider Excel gas Agency one month back and then went to their vashi office at sector 29 with surrender documents to enable me to
transfer the same gas connection to my Kerala address. At the Vashi office the incharge over there said my connection is blocked. Till now it is not activiated. I have no further information when it will be ready. My consumer no. is 29261 and surrendered date is 27/6/2015.
I would like to know when that block will be lifted and get the connection transferred. Why is it taking such a long time. Please advise.
