I was born in pali ,but now I live in jodhpur . so my birth certificate
I was born in pali ,but now I live in jodhpur . so my birth certificate was issued at pali with the name of kartik which was random selected now I am applying for passport so it is important to change my name on birth certificate ?
And if I want to change the name than I have to go pali or it will change in jodhpur municipal ?
