If a persion draiving a car with all documents, with validity, and a trffic police saying that you have not given indicater and taking licence at toll naka( between BHIVANDHI and THANE tollnaka) by saying you will be sent to COURT CHALLAN.
And again telling that what i have to do, whether go to court OR you come for negeosiation.
