My ancestral house was taken away by force while I was away. The house papers have been forged and the electricity board and the registration office all have been changed in the papers. He brought local goondas and demolishe my house. He has threatened to kill me even i step in and now the ********** says that i should go for an agreement or less wait for the judgement because that ********** has the correct documents. I have been position and its my house that i inherited why do i come for settlement. He has bribed the municipality, electricity board and the ********** for this. I am helpless and feel worth less to be born in such a country. The police say that the house belongs to him and i am not supposed to anywhere near the house. what should i do? whom do i appeal to. if we cant trust the law where does a comman ********** have his say.

Firstly, you have to file an FIR with local police alleging criminal trespass, forgery and criminal intimidation and attempt to murder. I believe that you can also file an FIR online in AP. If the local police are indifferent, you should approach Judicial Magistrate and file the complaint requesting the court to direct local police to act. You should name concerned municipal authority, electricity official and registration functionary to be treated as abettors/ co-accused, if you are convinced of their complicity, besides the main accused in the FIR/application before the Judicial Magistrate. You can also approach next level in police hierarchy i. e. Circle Inspector/Dy. Superintendent of Police/SP with a request to direct local police to register his FIR. You should take a plea before the criminal court to have the allegedly forged documents sent to forensic laboratory for examination in order to ascertain the veracity of signature(s) in the document. This will help establish forgery or otherwise.

Besides the above, you can also file an application under Section 145 of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the Executive Magistrate (Sub-Divisional Magistrate) alleging dispossession of your property and the same is likely to cause breach of peace.
