I had a problem with my Broadband connection, when I approached my area lineman / Service Person and shared his contact No. with me and promised to come and see the problem, as promised he came but after a couple of calls from my end. He identified the problem changed the wire and when I asked do I have to pay you. He said Thanky You Sir BSNL pays us.
