KA 51 RTO - Good experience with all officials

I just read all the rules correctly and made sure that I need to spend atleast half day(saturday)in RTO. It was pretty good experience without any touts or officials asking for bribe. I enjoyed the experience of getting the license renewed and address changed. After exactly 15 days.. I got my license through post :-). It is just I feel : Time allocation of 0.5 day and attention to details of going through rules and filling up forms correctly... will end up having good experience in getting things done. I felt great after this incident
