I was married on 30th May'10 and I applied for marriage certificate in two days as I knew that in later days Municipality created problem. I went with all documents ready but person in inchared kept on procrastinating on silly points like there is no logo of marriage in here, formatting error and what not. Finally when I handed over Rs 100 to him he signed which he was avoiding for two days.. Atlast i got the certificate but only with a grief in my heart
