Actually my birth record was not registered at the hospital since birth.
So It was quite lengthy process starting from sub-collector of district to tehsildar of my area. I was forced to give bribe.
I don't know the name of them.
Designation- Tehsildar(Sub-Magistrate) of mathili,
dist - malkangiri.
Fully corrupted people.
