I am an advocate, but paid bribe to police because of my urgency to go to a place. My vehicle is registered in other state, but as per law you can use it in any state for a period of time. But I have been forced to pay bribe because of the police torture and my urgency to go. After that I couldn't take any action against them as I am totally disappointed. *******
