Hi

I've first went to RTO office for applying 4 wheeler Driving Licence and when inquired about the procedure nobody has responded properly with clear procedure and then i went to a Broker and paid Him Rs.2000, later one day he called me for test drive of bike to get a " Car Licence ", i drove a two wheeler as a part of testing my driving skills.

Then, two weeks later i've received my licence delivered to home ...!
