A bribe is all it takes to get a new drivers license

I had lost my license and did not have a photocopy of my earlier driver's license.
So all I had to do was go to the Andheri station, pay Rs. 1000 and I got a new license without any test / learners license. It was that simple.

I am guilty of exploiting the system, but I needed a license as I was driving and the general procedure would have taken me forever,because I am not from Bombay. So had no proof of address legally for Bombay.

SO I took the easy way *******
