I had taken twenty lack loan from a copretive bank, after two or three year bank get in lose due to some unsucured loans. And it goes in liqidation. Aginest my loan i had given my one caror house as sequrity, the liqudeter and some politisians and a wel reputed advocate are given presser and to clear loan amount plus intrest the send Rs. sixty lack notice. when I ********** the assst. regist she was a leady, she demand me five lack to settel my account , after one month the bank manager come to my home and told me the register madam is ready to comarmise, and you give three lack and we will sattel your account only at Rs Thirty lack and we will give you Bank NOC, if you are not agree we will give in news paper and haras your proparty aginest loan. my mentality is not ready to give bribe, but if I have not given they are going to haras my house. Lastly after we have comparmise and I have given that Lady two Lack through Bank maneger. Withen next one month I had deposited loan plus intrest amount Rs. Thirty Lack and the Bank given me NOC. Its my true story. If at that time i have not given bribe, I and my family will come on road.
