I paid 500rs/- for 6 birth certificates issued by the lady employee at madiwala municipal hospital. There was no information listed anywhere in the municipal hospital about the birth certificate charges. She told have to go to Mayo hall to get your child birth certificate as ********** hospital does not come under our jurisdiction or else pay more to get it done here.
