UIDAI has to take a stand on fees to be paid to enrolment agencies for processing Adhaar cards. I paid Rs.120/= for adhaar card vide enrollment no 1178/93681/01327 dated 20.11.2015 time 11.08.57. The staff named Deepa M did not issue a receipt for this amount. It is either a bribe or approved by UIDAI. If approved, UIDAI needs to specify the approval details.
