On 23rd march of 2017,at Ibrahimpatnam Vijayawada. We have applied for house plan approval and before accepting our application, the concerned officer asked us to pay 47000 INR fir the purpose of taxes and other procedures and another 47000 INR which goes into his pocket. I really don't know his full name,but on our conversation I noticed someone calling him SIVAJI GARU
