Bribe for taking left without any sign of "no free left"

I was at https://goo.gl/maps/1jp21wj4hXU6ZZaN9 around 1PM its nearby agara lake.
I took left turn on empty road and at 100 meters police was stopping only bike people that too only a few. Police person started speaking rudely and telling no free left and all, there was no sign of free left either, neither did i see nor the lady in front of me.
The person then started threatening that he would take the bike. I had to pay 300. and the lady was asked 500 for the same. He didn't give me any chalan. I had shown him all papers. I don't know his name, he was wearing black mask and had a jacket on.
