I applied directly without agent. I have also cleared every test conducted by RTA . But to get the license one of the officer asked me 500 rs for the license. I said I'am a student then he asked me what is your capacity out of 500. I gave him only 200 to get my license.Govt is Shouting for Transaparency where is Transparency?
