Hi,
My Passport is due to expiry, I wanted to renew it, I checked everything in the passport ********** kendra, and did as per what they said. Filled the form Online, submit the document online and i tried to book the appointment, But I never got the appointment, I asked more than 5 times in the passport ********** kendra on how to book the appointment, the service was very bad. I tried almost 2 months online and checking each time on website, but even after 2 months i have not got the appointment. I enquired some people around PSK, one guys approached me that he will get a appointment for Rs 2000, I did not agree, But due to emergency i gave up and enquired how he will get, He told that employee inside will block the appointment first (enter all the data behalf of us) and give the appointment. After i pay the bribe, After 1 day i got the appointment.
Very disappointed to know that every where there is loophole and even though you wanted to good, it won't work.
The Govt employee in the passport office do this for money, People suffers. Almost all the appointment is made like this.
