Bribe given to DRUG INSPECTOR twice

• Pharmacy Registration and License
• Paid INR 12,000

I have to give bribe to our local drug inspector twice (6000 + 6000). once in the month of april 2012 & again in the month of september. As there is a system of paying once in a year.
